GenMetrix is led by Dr. James Letzelter, an electric power industry expert with over 30 years of experience as an executive and advisor. He specializes in project development, project finance, financial analysis, asset valuation, risk analysis, and regulatory support. Jim is also an expert witness on electric power and associated commodity markets, environmental issues, and valuation, having performed over $30 billion in generating asset valuations. His work has been used by merchant generators, investment banks, private equity firms, and regulatory agencies. Jim currently serves as the Auction Monitor overseeing all power procurement auctions for a mid-Atlantic state within PJM. He has testified before a variety of state regulatory commissions and the FERC.
